You could save your data with the new Virgin Media WiFi app

We’ve been busy adding to our WiFi network. Sign up for our Virgin Media WiFi app and you can connect seamlessly to over a million new WiFi hotspots in the UK on your mobile phone or tablet for free – that’s 10 times more than last year. Which means it could save your mobile data and even help save you money. And the great thing is, you only need to sign up once to connect automatically when you’re in range of a hotspot out and about. Why not download the app now if you haven’t already?

Service and repairs are on us

We want you to be able to enjoy all of your Virgin Media services without having to worry if anything goes wrong. That’s why, if there are ever any hiccups with your Virgin Media kit, so long as you haven’t misused or mistreated it, we’ll sort them out and it won’t cost you a penny.

New My Virgin Media app – a handy sidekick to your service

To help you get the best out of your Virgin Media service, we’ve created a handy app. It helps you:

  • Manage your Virgin Media account, wherever and whenever you’re online in the UK.
  • Check your package, see a summary of your bill, check your service status, get help and more with a simple tap or swipe.

Why not download it now if you haven’t already and see how it can make your life easier?
