GETTING STARTED

Ready to get going? To start, sign in with your My Virgin Media username and password.

Your username is the email address you registered for My Virgin Media. Not registered for My Virgin Media yet? Or forgotten your password? No worries, head here.

If you’ve just had your TiVo box installed, your app might struggle to find it – it can take up to 24 hours to pop up on our system.  So sit tight and try the next day.

Okay, now it’s time to select your box. If you have a TiVo box, the app will ask you which box you’d like to control. Each of our boxes has its own unique number.

If you have more than one box, you’ll see a choice of numbers.

Here’s how to find your box’s unique number.

  1. Grab your TV remote and Go to Home > Help & Settings > System Info > System Info again. This screen will show you your TiVo box number. The last 4 digits will match one of the codes you see on your Virgin TV Anywhere app.
  2. Choose the TiVo box you want to control by selecting it on the app. You can change the name of your TiVo box to something that’s easier to find like, ‘Lounge’ or ‘Bedroom’. Just go to www.virginmedia.com/tvanywhere then go to Manage My TiVo  and select ‘My TiVo boxes’.

Want to use the app to turn your device into a smart remote, watch or download some recordings? Follow these simple steps:

STEP 1

To use your device as a smart remote or to watch or download some recordings, your TiVo box needs to be connected to your Hub. Most of the time, your installer has already taken care of this (using the first method below). But you may have wanted your equipment set up a bit differently. There are 3 ways you can connect your box to your Hub:

  1. Your TiVo box and Hub are in the same room, connected by an Ethernet cable (if the installer has done this already, you’ll see a cable which runs from your Hub to your box)
  2. Your TiVo box and Hub are in different rooms, you can connect the two via a Powerline kit (a handy device that plugs into the electrical socket near the box and the Hub) You can watch a video here on Connecting your TiVo via Powerline
  3. Your TiVo box and Hub are in different rooms, you can connect the two via a smart TV wireless adapter.

If you want to use any of the other features of the app, like managing your recordings or watching telly, you don’t need to have your box and Hub connected.

STEP 2

Check if your TiVo box is set to accept commands from your Virgin TV Anywhere app. By default, we do this for all TiVo boxes, but you may need to double-check if you’re a brand new customer. To do this, get your TiVo remote and go to Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Devices > Network Remote Control, then choose ‘Allow network-based remote controls’. If you’re asked for a PIN, the default PIN is 1234.

STEP 3

On your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch, make sure you have WiFi switched on and you’re connected to the same network as your TiVo box (not 3G or 4G)

STEP 4

Now you’re all done! You can sit back and enjoy the beauty of smart searching using your QWERTY keyboard, or browsing the TV guide, finding something you like and flicking it onto the main TV screen! If you have a V6 box you’ll also be able to watch or download some recordings to your device. If for some reason your app hasn’t picked up the box straight away, just tap on the remote control icon and it will try to reconnect. If need any extra help along the way, just check out our troubleshooting FAQs here.

WHAT IS A DEVICE?

When we talk about devices, we mean your mobile, tablet, laptop or computer.

You can register 2 devices to watch telly on – and if you need to, you can change 1 each calendar month. But if you’d like to use the app as a remote control or set or manage recordings – you can do this on as many devices as you like.

Keep reading to find out which devices are compatible with TV Anywhere

ON WHAT DEVICES CAN I USE TV ANYWHERE?

You can use TV Anywhere on the following devices:

  • iPad 2 or later
  • iPhone 4 or later
  • iPod touch 5th generation or later
  • PCs and Macs via a browser (Chrome is not supported)
  • A wide range of Android mobiles and tablets
  • The Amazon Kindle Fire

Your device must be running iOS version 8 and above to use TV Anywhere.

HOW DO I REGISTER A DEVICE?

When you tap on a show you want to watch or, if you have a V6 box, and want to download a recording, you'll be asked to register your device. If it’s your first time using the app on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch – or if it’s a device you haven’t registered before, a registration page automatically pops up.

You can register 2 devices to watch telly on. So as long as you haven’t registered 2 devices already, you'll see a line with ‘Available device slot’. Click on REGISTER on the right of this line and you can give your device a name, such as "Richards iPhone" (certain characters like apostrophes are not allowed), and then click FINISHED.

Already used up your two devices? No worries, you can change 1 device per calendar month. Skip to the next section to find out how.

CAN I CHANGE THE DEVICES I HAVE REGISTERED?

Yes, you can make 1 change each calendar month.

When you register your devices for the first time, we count that as a change. So if you want to make a change, you’ll need to sit tight and wait for the first day of the following month to do that.

Don’t forget, you only need to register 2 devices to watch telly on. But if you’d like to use the app as a remote control or to set and manage recordings, you can do this on as many devices as you like.

WHERE CAN I CHECK WHICH DEVICES I'VE REGISTERED?

Just select Device & Player Registration under the Setting icon on the top left of the iPad app, or under the More > Settings button on iPhone and iPod touch.

HOW DO I RENAME A DEVICE?

Simply open the Device & Player Registration page (see above), then find the device you want to rename and tap on the RENAME button.

Just to let you know, renaming a device doesn’t count as one of your changes for that month. Phew.

OVERVIEW

Here's a quick guide to what the buttons on the app do

WHAT TO WATCH

Virgin TV brilliantly brings together the telly you love. And this part of the app helps you find and browse the shows you can watch live or on demand.

It shows you the most popular TV shows that are on live TV now and available on demand and filters these into categories

  • popular TV – the most popular live shows on now
  • sport –a selection of popular live sport content on now
  • movies - a selection of popular live movies content on now
  • kids - a selection of popular live kids content on now
  • on demand –shows you can watch on demand suggested by us
  • on demand kids – kids shows you can watch on demand suggested by us
  • my shows – this is where you can view your recordings and bookmarks

At the top of the screen you can select ‘Next’ to see what shows and movies are coming up next on live TV or ‘Tonight’ to see what’s on tonight.

Want to see Sport or Kids shows first? To change the order of the categories, just select the Settings icon in the top left corner. Tap the stack symbol on the right hand side of each category name to drag and drop the categories in the order you like. You can also hide a category by unticking it.

ON DEMAND

There’s tons of top telly to watch on demand. Take your pick from these categories: Featured, Box Sets, Sky Cinema, Kids, Channels and Continue Watching (continue watching will show you what you have watched in the past 30 days).

Don’t forget, you can now watch the Box Sets you love on the go, wherever you can connect to WiFi. So that’s your trip home sorted!

GUIDE BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN

The guide shows you what’s on TV – now, next, in 14 days time and even lets you flick back one week. From here, you can choose something to watch, find out more info on a show or set up a Series Link+.

Want to get to a channel faster? You can choose to scroll or drag your finger down the channel numbers on the side to quickly get to the sport channels for example. You can also change the day and time at the top of the listings.

MY SHOWS - IF YOU HAVE TiVo

Got a TiVo box? Then you can see all of your saved shows here. That includes Series Link+ shows you’ve recorded or episodes from places like On Demand or Netflix that we’ve found for you too.  Plus, you’ll find any other shows you’ve recorded or bookmarked to watch later.

At the top of the page, you can see how much of your storage you’ve used up (in %).

And if you want to manage your saved shows, you can do that too. You can delete your recordings individually or delete a whole folder at once or change your recoding and Series Link+ settings.

If you have a V6 box, you can also watch some recordings on your mobile or tablet via WiFi when you’re at home. You can also download some recorded shows and movies to watch offline.

ACTION BUTTONS – IF YOU HAVE TiVo

Look out for the action buttons, from screen to screen. These let you choose a range of actions, such as Watch Now, Get this show, Series Link+, Delete, Upcoming and Explore. The buttons you see will depend on the screen you're looking at.

If you have a V6 box, you’ll also see the options to watch some recordings or download selected recordings to your device to watch offline.

SETTINGS ICON AT THE TOP LEFT

(under 'More' on iPhone & iPod touch)

Allows you to change your settings, sign out or reset the app.

REMOTE CONTROL ICON – IF YOU HAVE TiVo

(also under 'More' on iPhone & iPod touch)

Want to use your device as a super smart remote control, watch or download some recordings? First, your TiVo box and your Hub need to be connected (we normally do this with an Ethernet cable when we install your kit, but you can also do it with a Powerline kit or a smart TV wireless adapter if your box and your Hub sit in different rooms). Next, connect your device to your home WiFi (not 3G or 4G), tap the remote control icon to control the selected TiVo box connected to your home network and TV. See the ‘Getting Started’ section for more info on how to connect your TiVo and Hub.

STREAMING AVAILABLE

If you see the WiFi streaming icon next to a channel number in the guide, you can watch the channel live on your device if you subscribe to that channel. If you have a V6 box and see this symbol in the info pane of a recorded show, you can watch this recorded show on your device.

VIEW ALL CHANNELS OR LIVE STREAMING CHANNELS ONLY

Use this drop-down menu to pick between live channels that you can watch on your device or all channels available to watch on your TV. If you have a TiVo box you can also select your favourite channels.

WATCH

Fancy watching something on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch? We'll show you how. You just need to have them in your TV package and be able to connect to WiFi in the UK. If you aren’t subscribed to the channel you want, it’s easy to upgrade through your TV or online. If you need to upgrade your TV package, just give us a call.

STEP 1

Find something to watch. You can watch live or on demand shows. Simply go to What to Watch, browse and find something to watch there or go to Guide which will bring up the TV listings or On Demand to view the on demand shows and movies

If you have a V6 box, you can go to My Shows to find a recorded show that you want to watch or download to your device. Recordings that can be watched will have the ‘Watch on iPad’ option available when you select ‘Watch Now’. Those that can be downloaded will have the ‘Download’ button available. If these are greyed out, it means the recording cannot be watched or downloaded due to rights restrictions.

STEP 2

Once you’ve found a show to watch, select it and press the ‘Watch Now’ button. You will then see all the options available to watch that show e.g. Watch on TV, Watch from on demand, Watch on iPad/iPhone or if it’s available to watch via a player such as BBC iPlayer it will give you those options too.

If you have a V6 box, and you want to download a show, go to My Shows, select the show you want to download and press the ‘Download’ button. To see the progress of your download or to see shows that have already been downloaded, select the ‘On iPad’ button in the middle of the screen.

Recordings that are available to watch or download to your device are dependent on the rights available from the content provider. The content providers also apply expiry times on recordings that can be downloaded to your device and they also restrict the length of time that a programme is watchable on your device. Once you start watching a downloaded show, additional restrictions may also be applied so always try to finish watching a programme within 48 hours.

If you try to download a show where the recording has expired you will see a ‘downloading not permitted’ error message. Likewise if you try to watch a downloaded show that has expired, however you can still watch this show on your TV.

STEP 3

Once you've found something to watch, select Watch now. If you have TiVo and are at home, you'll get two choices: Watch on TV or Watch on iPad (or iPhone or iPod touch). The first time you watch a show on your device, you'll be asked to register your device.

For more information on how to register a device, visit our 'Devices & minimum specification' section.

DISCOVER & SHARE

You'll have loads of fun stumbling across new shows and finding out about the ones you love already, without ever interrupting what you're watching. And once you've found something you like, shout about it to all your friends on Facebook and Twitter. Just select the 'More' button when you select a show.

HOW TO FIND WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR

Select the search (magnifying glass) icon in the top-right-hand corner and use the keyboard on your phone or tablet to search for a show, movie, actor or director.

Browse our What to Watch or On Demand areas to find live and on demand shows or go to the Guide to see what’s on now and what’s coming up any time in the next 14 days.

You can also go to My Shows to see all of your recordings and bookmarks and if you have a V6 box, view what recordings are available to watch or download.

WHAT IS SERIES LINK+ ?

Series Link+ lets you find and watch the shows you love, wherever they’re hiding (in your recordings, on TV, On Demand and even in Netflix). They’ll sit in one handy folder in My Shows.

Series Link+ stores shows in 2 ways:

1. It records episodes that are broadcast live on TV. These are shown in My Shows with a ‘R’ symbol next to them. Recordings are saved on your box and ready to watch anytime.

2. It finds episodes that are in On Demand or Catch Up. These episodes are shown in My Shows. On Demand episodes are ready to watch if you subscribe to that content, though some will only be available for a limited time.

WHAT DO BOOKMARKS DO?

Bookmarks allow you to bookmark On Demand or Netflix shows and movies to watch later. These will appear in your My Shows area on the app

My Shows is where you can find all of your saved shows. That includes Series Link+ shows you’ve recorded or episodes from places like On Demand or Netflix that Series Link+ has found for you too.  Plus, you’ll find any other shows you’ve recorded or bookmarked to watch later.

You can watch your recordings on your TV, at home, anytime.

If you’ve spotted a Box Set or movie you want to watch, but haven’t got time to watch it now, you can bookmark it and watch it later. These shows get stored in My Shows too.

If you're having problems with the Virgin TV Anywhere app, try using our trouble-shooting articles here.

WHO CAN USE THE VIRGIN TV ANYWHERE APP?

The Virgin TV Anywhere app is available to all Virgin TV customers. It works hand in hand with your box.

If you have a V or V+ Box, you can use the app to watch live TV and Box Sets on the go.

If you have a TiVo box, you can do this and even more:

  • Set and manage your recordings with Series Link+
  • Turn your device into a really clever remote, to make it easier to search for the telly you love. It even lets you find out more about the programme you’re watching – like who directed it, who stars in it and what else you can watch with them in it.
  • If you have a V6 box, you can watch and download some recordings onto your device

It’s free to download from the Apple app store for your Apple iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. Or from Google Play for your Android mobiles and tablets. It’s even available on the Amazon Kindle Fire. Simply search for 'Virgin TV Anywhere'.

The online version of Virgin TV Anywhere is available to all TV customers to watch Live TV or on demand shows, and if you have a TiVo box, you can manage your Tivo, on laptop, netbook, PC or Mac. Just visit virginmedia.com/tvanywhere.

I DON'T KNOW MY VIRGIN MEDIA USERNAME OR PASSWORD!

Don’t panic. Your username is the email address you will have used when you registered for My Virgin Media. If you haven’t already registered for My Virgin Media or have forgotten your details, you can get help here.

CAN I WATCH VIRGIN TV ANYWHERE ON MORE THAN ONE DEVICE?

You can register 2 devices to watch telly on – and if you need to, you can change 1 each calendar month. But if you’d like to use the app as a remote control or to set and manage recordings – you can do this on as many devices as you like.

CAN I WATCH VIRGIN TV ANYWHERE WHEN I'M ABROAD?

No. Due to rights restrictions, you can only watch live TV and On Demand in the UK.

If you're abroad or on a mobile 3G or 4G connection, you can still use TV Anywhere to see what’s on or if you have TiVo set and manage recordings. You can also browse and search to discover shows you might like.

If you have a V6 box, you can download some recordings to your mobile or tablet to watch offline wherever you like.

WHAT CHANNELS CAN I WATCH?

There are over 110 live channels to flick through. With Virgin TV, you can see everything that’s available on our service. And of those, you can watch whichever channels are part of your package. See which channels are available on the online and app service here

CAN I WATCH ON DEMAND CONTENT USING THE APP?

Yes, you can. You’ll find loads to watch if you tap the On Demand button on the app. You can also see some on demand content that’s recommended in the ‘What to Watch’ tab.

CAN I WATCH MY RECORDINGS ON MY MOBILE OR TABLET?

Yes, you can if you have a V6 box. When your mobile device is connected to your home network via WiFi, just go to My Shows.

Select a recorded show you want to watch and select ‘Watch Now’ and then select the ‘Watch on iPad’ button. If this is greyed out, you cannot watch this recording due to rights restrictions.

If you want to download a show select the ‘Download’ button. If this option is greyed out then the show cannot be downloaded due to rights restrictions. You will have 90 days from when you first record a show in which to download it

ARE ALL RECORDED PROGRAMMES AVAILABLE TO WATCH OR DOWNLOAD ON THE APP?

No. Some recorded shows cannot be streamed or downloaded to your mobile or tablet due to rights restrictions. Shows that can be downloaded will have the ‘Download’ button active. Shows that can be watched will have the option to ‘Watch on iPad’ when you select the ‘Watch Now’ button. If these buttons are greyed out then the show cannot be watched or downloaded. There may be some cases where you can stream a recording but not download it. If you cannot watch a show on your mobile or tablet, you will still be able to watch the recording on your TV.

HOW MANY PROGRAMMES CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT ONE TIME?

You can download one show at a time. If you want to download more, we’ll pop them in a queue and they’ll start to download when the previous one is complete.

WILL PROGRAMMES STILL DOWNLOAD IF I CLOSE THE APP?

No. You’ll need to keep the app open for the download to complete. If you close the app, the download will be paused. It will continue to download again when you open the app and are connected to your home WiFi.

WILL DOWNLOADS CONTINUE IF MY DEVICE AUTO LOCKS?

It is best to keep your device active and the app open to ensure the download completes. You can change your device settings to ensure it doesn't go into sleep mode as the recording will stop if you leave the app or your device goes into sleep mode. It’s also a good idea to keep your device plugged into power when downloading though, so it has enough juice to last for the whole download.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE PROGRESS OF A SHOW DOWNLOADING?

Go to My Shows and select the ‘On iPad’ or ‘On iPhone’ button in the middle of the screen. You can see the progress bar, MB and time remaining for the download. If the download is paused, you will see a downwards arrow. Just tap this to continue the download. You can press the pause symbol to pause the download

CAN I WATCH A SHOW WHILE IT IS BEING DOWNLOADED?

Usually No. If the content provider has restricted the show, you’ll need to wait for the download to finish before you can start watching it. (Find the popcorn and get comfy on the sofa while you wait)

WHERE WILL MY DOWNLOADS APPEAR ONCE THEY’VE COMPLETED?

You’ll find them in My Shows in the ‘On iPad’ or ‘On iPhone’ section. There will be an R symbol with a padlock when the download is complete and an egg timer will indicate that the show has been partially watched and will expire soon.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WATCH A DOWNLOADED RECORDING?

Once you download a programme you will have a maximum of 30 days to watch it. Once you have started watching a programme you will usually have 48 hours to watch it before it expires. Sometimes expiry times vary between content providers.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I DOWNLOAD THE SAME PROGRAMME?

You can download a programme twice per household. If you download more than this, you’ll see an error message telling you that the show cannot be downloaded again. You can still watch this programme on your TV. The number of times a show can be downloaded can vary between content providers.

WILL I GET 48 HOURS TO WATCH MY DOWNLOAD IF I START WATCHING ONE DAY BEFORE THE CONTENT IS DUE TO EXPIRE?

No. Downloads are only available to watch before they expire

CAN I WATCH A LIVE OR ON DEMAND SHOW WHILE A PROGRAMME IS BEING DOWNLOADED?

No, you’ll need to download the programme first – or do it later.

HOW MUCH STORAGE SPACE WILL A DOWNLOAD TAKE UP?

When you select a show to download, it will tell you how big the file is before you download it.

If you don’t have enough space on your device, you’ll see an error message letting you know you’ve run out of space.

SKY CINEMA & SKY SPORTS

No. You just need to be a Virgin TV customer.

DO I NEED A WIFI CONNECTION TO USE THE VIRGIN TV ANYWHERE?

You need a WiFi connection to be able to watch live TV on the app, but on a 3/4G mobile connection, you can still manage your viewing, set recordings, browse the TV listings, delete recordings and more. To use the app at home as an advanced remote control or to watch or download some recordings (if you have a V6 box), your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch will need to be connected to the same router as your TiVo box.

CAN I USE VIRGIN TV ANYWHERE WHEN THE MY VIRGIN TV BOX IS SWITCHED OFF?

If you have a V or V+ Box, you can use the app whether your set top box is on or off.

If you have a TiVo box, your app will still work when the box is in standby. However, it won’t work if it’s switched off. If you have a V6 box, you may also see this message if you’ve got your V6 box switched on but your Hub is switched off.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE OR CHANGE MY IPAD, IPHONE OR IPOD TOUCH?

If you lose or change your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch, you’ll need to download the app again. You'll need to register your new one if you want to watch live TV using the app.

If you’ve lost your device, we also recommend changing your My Virgin Media account password. That way no one else can use your device to manage your TiVo box without your authorisation.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE VIDEO QUALITY?

For streaming a recording, live or VOD, the app automatically chooses the best quality based on the WiFi connection. The picture quality for downloaded recording can be chosen if you have a V6 box.  If you're still having problems, try chatting with some experts on the Virgin Media Community forum

CAN I USE PROGRAMS LIKE AIRPLAY TO PLAY LIVE TV FROM MY APP OR PC TO A TV SCREEN?

No. The channels we show are copy-protected by the owners of the content.

CAN I WATCH TV ANYWHERE VIA PROXY SERVERS?

You can’t watch TV behind some proxy servers (non-SOCKS proxies that don't support RTMP). This is in order to protect the rights of our content owners.

WHY ARE SOME LIVE TV SHOWS BLANKED OUT?

Some channels may not have the rights to show certain programmes on certain devices. If this happens, these programmes will need to be blanked out and you will see a message telling you that the show can't be viewed on your device. This mainly happens with live sports events or on UK channels with a lot of US shows. If the show is blanked out on the TV Anywhere app, it will also be blanked on our PC service. You can still record a show that has been blanked however to watch at home on your TiVo box.

WHY CAN’T I WATCH THE SAME ON DEMAND SHOWS THAT I CAN ON MY TV?

Due to rights restrictions, some on demand shows and movies are not available to view on the app

HOW CAN I SET UP SUB ACCOUNTS TO AGE RESTRICT THE CONTENT VIEWED?

All live channels are subject to the normal watershed rules. If you’re the primary account holder, you can set up Sub accounts via My Virgin Media on the Virgin Media website and age restrictions can be set for live and on demand shows.

Sub accounts are unable to stream or download recordings from a V6 box to their device.

Sub accounts also cannot access the device registration page from the device or online. If you’re the primary account holder, you’ll need to log in and register a device and then a sub account user can subsequently login and use the service on that device.

DO IOS ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES WORK IN THE TV ANYWHERE APP?

Yes. If your device supports accessibility services such as Voiceover, large text, zoom, inverted colours etc, then our app will work with these services.

Subtitles and audio descriptions are available for live channels only. You can turn these functions on and off in the player options you see on screen when you start watching a channel. You can see these options again when watching a show by tapping on the screen.

CAN I SET RECORDINGS ON MY V+ HD BOX USING THE VIRGIN TV ANYWHERE APP?

No. You can only set recordings on any TiVo boxes you have.

IF YOU HAVE TiVo:

DO I NEED TO CONNECT MY TIVO BOX TO MY HUB FOR VIRGIN TV ANYWHERE TO WORK?

If you want to use your device as a super smart remote, or to watch or download some recordings if you have a V6 box, then your box and Hub need to be connected. Most boxes and Hubs are connected by an Ethernet cable (set up by your engineer, when they installed your kit), but if you’ve chosen to have your Hub and box in different rooms (perhaps one in the kitchen and one in the living room), you’ll need to connected them with a Powerline kit or a smart TV wireless adapter.

You can still manage your viewing, set recordings, browse the TV listings, delete recordings and more without connecting your TiVo box to your Hub.

CAN I USE TV ANYWHERE WITH MORE THAN ONE TIVO BOX?

Yes, you can. You can set Virgin TV Anywhere up to be paired with all your TiVo boxes, though you can only control one TiVo box at a time. If you want to switch to another TiVo box then on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch tap on the drop down box found to the left on the top bar of the screen on your iPad or select the ‘More tab’ on your iPhone or iPod touch and then Selected DVR, then tap the box number you want to connect to and then tap Done. If you want the app to scan for a newly connected box, then the easiest way to do this is sign out of the box to which you're currently connected.

If you have lots of boxes it’s best to name them such as ‘Lounge’, ‘Bedroom’ etc so that it’s easier to identify which box you’re connected to. You can find out more information on how to do this in the ‘Devices and Minimum Specifications’ section

CAN I USE TV ANYWHERE TO RECOVER RECORDINGS I HAVE DELETED?

Yes! If you’re using your device as a super smart remote, select My Shows then go to the bottom of the list on your TV screen – here you'll find the Recently Deleted folder. All your deleted shows are here and it’s easy to undelete them with the tap of your finger.

WHAT ARE GESTURES?

Virgin TV Anywhere has an onscreen remote control that lets you control live TV and recorded shows, and use your TiVo box menus. Gestures mode lets you to use finger motions on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch to control your TiVo box. So you can change channel by swiping your finger this way or that.

WHY ARE SOME CHANNELS 'GREYED OUT' ON THE TV GUIDE?

This means you're not subscribed to that channel. But if you’d like to subscribe to it, visit our Store. Or you can upgrade your package at any time by calling us on 0800 064 3817.

My Shows

My Shows is where you can find all of your saved shows. That includes Series Link+ shows you’ve recorded or episodes from places like On Demand or Netflix that Series Link+ has found for you too.  Plus, you’ll find any other shows you’ve recorded or bookmarked to watch later.

You can watch your recordings on your TV, at home, anytime.

If you’ve spotted a Box Set or movie you want to watch, but haven’t got time to watch it now, you can bookmark it and watch it later. These shows get stored in My Shows too.

If you’re running out of space to record more of the TV you love, it’s easy to delete some shows or change your Series Link+ settings.
