Files are transferred to and from your webspace using a process called FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

To make accessing your webspace easier we recommend using the Virgin Media FTP browser powered by Terrapin. This easy to use, intuitive browser makes accessing your ntlworld webspace (and any other webspace) very easy. Our FTP service is available to use on a trial basis free of charge for 30 days.

After this time, you'll need to pay a one-off fee of £19.99 to continue using the program. The service is currently available to users of Windows PCs.

Mac Users

If you are a Mac user we suggest you try Fetch, available from www.fetchsoftworks.com or Transmit, available from www.panic.com/transmit.
