Tiger shark
Sharks are the most likely marine fish to end up extinct within our lifetimes. There are already 126 species on the World Conservation Union (IUCN) list and nine more are to be added later this year. They are the scalloped hammerhead, smooth hammerhead, common thresher, big-eye thresher, silky, tiger, bull, dusky, and shortfin mako. Here are six of the nine species that may disappear forever.
