Mass Effect 2 (spring 2010)
The only format that didn't really have a good E3 was the PC. There were plenty of cool games, but a lot of them were also on consoles and there were few major new PC-only announcements. This Sci-Fi role-playing sequel will probably be biggest on Xbox, but it still looks great on both formats.
