The jOG is the latest accessory for Wii fans which allows you to attach a device to your waist enabling you to jog on the spot to control a character on screen. The clever little thing even has a pedometer which keeps count of your steps and the calories being burned - one hour of gameplay is apparently equivalent to around 10,000 steps. Jog on fitness fans!
