Who should star?
Dozens of video games have been made into movies or are in production somewhere in Hollywood. But some of the gaming world's most distinctive characters have yet to appear on the big screen. Here are some of the heroes we'd like to see making a cinema debut - and who we think should play them...
Marcus Fenix (Gears of War)
There is a Gears movie somewhere in the pipeline but casting details haven't been announced, so we'd like to put up Ron Perlman for consideration. The square-jawed actor has already showed he's good at muscly action adventures in Hellboy and could deliver the game's butch one-liners with ease.
