If you're new to Virgin Media and setting up your broadband for the first time:

  • Self-installed using our QuickStart service? Simply dial the number in your QuickStart guide.
  • One of our engineers called round and set it up? Simply dial 151 (it's free from your Virgin Media phone) or 0845 454 1111* - select 'Help', then 'Installation' and then 'Register Broadband'.

If you're an existing broadband customer:

  • Simply dial 151 (it's free from your Virgin Media phone) or 0845 454 1111*, and select the 'anything else' option.

* Calls cost 6 pence per minute with a 7 pence connection fee from a Virgin Media phone line. Costs from mobiles and other networks may vary.

When you're done, click Finish to close this screen.
