You should receive the following as part of your broadband package:
- Cable modem – this will have been installed by your engineer, or you’ll have received it in your QuickStart self install pack.
- Ethernet cable – this is the lead that connects your computer to your cable modem. If you are using a wireless router, it connects the wireless router to the modem.
- Wireless kit (optional) – if you’ve chosen to go wireless, you’ll also have received a wireless router.
