We have a lot of different online services and applications, and the help and support for these can be slightly different depending on where you are in the country, and whether you get your services via cable or through a BT phone line.
It could get a bit confusing, but if you pick the wrong option or get lost, you can always click the back button on your browser and choose a different option.
You can also check your Virgin Media bill. If it's got an Area Reference on it, and the Area Reference is between 01 and 18, you should click the Telewest link. If you get your services via a BT phone line, the chances are you'll need the Virgin.net link. Otherwise you are most likely to need the ntl option.
