Setting up a security profile

Want to be able to reset your password if you ever forget it?

To do this you must have previously set up a security profile, so that we can run a check to make sure it's you resetting the password!

Set up your security profile now by signing in to Selfcare, then choosing My Profile from the left hand menu. You will then be asked to enter a security question, and provide the answer to the question.

Once you've done that, if you ever forget your password, or receive an error telling you your password is incorrect when you try to login to your email, you can reset the password to one of your choosing.
