Error 691 – Invalid username or password
This error means that the username and/or password you have entered does not match a username and/or password on our servers.
Most of the time, you can resolve this simply by retyping your username and password, remembering that both are case sensitive (it is worth double checking that you do not have Caps Lock turned on).
If you have forgotten your password, contact technical support. After a brief security check, we will be happy to reset your password.
