Virgin Media pay as you go dial-up
0844 0544 020 (Internet calls are charged at 6p per minute during the daytime, evening and weekend, if you have a BT line)

As supplied. Call your support number, or contact customer services if you don’t have it.

IP and DNS address settings
- IP address – make sure your computer is set up for automatic IP addressing.
- DNS server – make sure that your computer is set up to obtain a DNS server address automatically.

Email settings
- Email – your email address in the format user.name@adsl.virgin.net
- Password – the password you set up for this account
- Outgoing mail server – smtp.virgin.net
- Outgoing mail server type – SMTP
- Incoming mail server – pop.virgin.net
- Incoming mail server type – POP3
You will need some or all of this information when setting up your mail account. Take a look at Setting up an email client for details.
Note: Your Username and Password are created when you activate your account.
