I have Virgin Talk activated on my phone line - how do I make calls using another provider?

You can choose to route a call via BT by dialling the BT key number 1280 before dialling the destination telephone number. This call will then appear on your BT phone bill.

Can I still use an alternative carrier for international calls?

Yes. Any service that uses a special prefix dialling code is unaffected by your Virgin Talk service, so another prefix will essentially override Virgin Talk.
