Attach modem to USB port, scans modem and no drivers found.
Open “Device Manager" by clicking start and Entering “device manager" into the “Search programs and files" section.
Right Click “USB Cable Modem" and select “Update Driver Software".
Insert set up CD into drive and Select “Browse my computer for driver software".
Select “Browse" option.
Select D drive (or appropriate drive).
Click Next.
Wait a few moments.
Drivers Installed.
