'Great aspect'
Modern life is full of jargon and TLAs (that’s Three Letter Acronyms) but at least most of them, while initially baffling are reasonably transparent.
The exception is the language used by everyone’s favourite group of pantomime villains, the estate agents.

They say: ‘great aspect’
They mean: ’birds eye view of the ghetto from the top of towerblock’
Aspect is a fancy estate agent speak for view. Your view could be of the prostitutes and drug dealing below, making you an unwilling witness to all the neighbourhood crimes. Best to keep the curtains closed and pretend not to be home.
