Whether she designed it herself or just helped out with the inspiration, Kate Moss's line at Topshop went down a storm when it was launched. A perfect example of doing what you know for that little bit extra.

There's nothing to stop you from being a clothing designer, or anything else if you're inspired enough. Clothing is an easy one because you can actually make the stuff yourself and then sell it on the likes of eBay. But there are plenty more options like this where you can get creative - jewellery, greetings cards, rag dolls, art in general - the list goes on.
