You've seen Prometheus by now, right? Well, if you have – and if you haven't look away now – you might be wandering what on Earth (or, indeed Planet LV-223) it was that android David said that prompted his subsequent splatting? And it wasn't, "Why'd you give away so much in the trailer?" The answer – as revealed by linguistic consultant Dr Anil Biltoo, who worked on the film – is: "This man is here because he does not want to die. He believes you can give him more life." What follows is a bit of an overreaction to say the least.
