Synopsis

Fourth instalment in the 'found footage' horror franchise which follows on from events in the first two films. Alice (Kathryn Newton) and her mother were fine until their new neighbours moved in, but creepy little kid next door Robbie (Brady Allen) and his auntie Katie (Katie Featherston) have brought more than just their belongings to the street.

"Four films in and the novelty is stretched very thin now. But with a few imaginative new additions and surprisingly likeable characters the franchise is still good for a few cheap jumps and scares."
