"The Simpsons works so well because of the way it manages to fit thirty great gags into a thirty minute show. However, when they try to squeeze ninety great gags into a ninety minute movie it is hard to keep up and you will leave the cinema with a slight feeling that you have missed half the movie.
Mind you, it is one of those movies that will improve with subsequent viewings."
