He has gone rather too quiet in recent years, but the eccentric and flamboyantly talented Andre 3000's half of OutKast's universally adored 2003 album Speakerboxx/The Love Below established him as the 21st century equal of 1980s pop genius Prince. A follow-up is long overdue.
