They're not very good at gimmicks
Finland's Lordi won in 2006 with Hard Rock Hallelujah, complete with masks, metal mayhem and the classic moment when the lead singer "grew" wings.... The UK sent Scooch in 2007 complete with cabin crew costumes, aeroplane inspired dance moves, and oh so camp jokes about "salted nuts."
