Swedish House Mafia

Forming a supergroup of Stockholm's leading DJ's, Swedish House Mafia became one of the biggest dance acts in the world with their mix of genre-melding dance-floor anthems and hugely spectacular live shows. Consisting of Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso - all top DJ/producers in their own right - the group first came together in the mid-2000s before making their name while playing at Cream Amnesia in Ibiza as part of Radio 1's coverage of the island's parties. They reached Number 7 in the UK with their first official single One (Your Name) featuring Pharrell Williams, before Miami 2 Ibiza (with Tinie Tempah), Save The World and Antidote all became big international hits and debut album Until One (2010) hit Number 2 in Britain. The band announced their split in 2012 with a world tour as their finale, but their farewell was marred when knife attacks broke out at their gig in Phoenix Park, Dublin and two men died.
