This has been a great week for abysmal album artwork, with two all-time clangers going straight into our top 10 worst ever. Here's the first but see how the other places as we count down the 10 most heinous crimes against record shop shelves.

At 10 is this insult to the corneas from Suede, who've got previous in the field of 'shocking' covers (oh no! Two girls kissing! How revolutionary!). For their glorious return this week and first new album in a decade, Brett Anderson and cadaverous pals have decided to bring out the seedy glamour in domestic violence. About as edgy as the nostalgia circuit they stalk.
