The A-listers of pop and rock descended upon Munich, Germany, for MTV's annual EMAs bash on Thursday 1st November. The event gives European MTV viewers the chance to vote for their favourite music videos. Pop-punk star Avril Lavigne was amongst the night's big winners, scooping Solo artist of the year and Most Addictive Track (for Girlfriend).
