Lemmy once said that he wanted Motörhead to be the kind of band who, "if they moved in next door to you, your lawn would die". It was a noble ambition and one they've doggedly fulfilled for 30+ years, spraying the sonic equivalent of weed-killer around with gloriously ferocious intent.
