Sir Paul McCartney once stormed out of a recording studio after producer Nigel Godrich said he thought one of the legend's songs was "crap". The two were working on the Chaos And Creation In The Backyard album when Nigel dared to speak his feelings. McCartney mused: "I thought: 'What will I do now? Punch him or just spit at him?'" Thankfully McCartney did neither, just pulled a big old hissy fit, stomped off to lick his wounds then returned later in a much more humble frame of mind. Ah.
