When he's not banging on about how many caps got popped in his ass, he's causing outrage with gun-toting movie posters or releasing a videogame called Bulletproof. Yes, 50 Cent is a man obsessed with guns. Oh, and money - which is his subject of choice on Window Shopper, a track lifted from the Get Rich Or Die Tryin' movie soundtrack. The basic premise is as follows - Fiddy's loaded, us window shoppers aren't, we're dead jealous, but if we give him any grief about it he'll "let off a full clip" in our poverty-stricken faces. It would be funny if the man's rapping was good enough to justify his wealth, but these strained attempts to add some vocal range to his rapping sound horribly amateurish compared to most of his peers. Still, C.Styles and Sire have done a great job of the backing instrumental - just a shame they didn't find a rapper to do it justice.
