It's been three long years since Beck released Sea Change - a melancholy, acoustic LP which eschewed the far out grooves and quirky lyrics in favour of something altogether more sombre. We needn't have questioned whether he'd bounce back to his old self, though - E-Pro is the sound of Beck with all guns blazing, wigging out with a rootsy guitar riff and an insanely catchy "nah nah nah" chorus. With the sound so reminiscent of 1996's Odelay, it's no surprise to discover that the Dust Brothers are back behind the production desk. A brilliant comeback.
