The world of spiky guitar indie is over-populated to say the least, but Humanzi have honed a sound more compelling than most. Long Time Coming combines the filthy rock of The Hives with the jagged guitars of Test Icicles and the rumbling scuzzy bass of Kasabian. Kind of. Singer Shaun brings bucketloads of swagger and confidence to the mix, leaving us with the firm impression that this lot would be cracking entertainment live.
