Hundred Reasons herald the release of their third album with this title track single, produced by the band's guitarist Larry Hibbitt. From the outset, Kill Your Own eschews modern styles in favour of an aggressive, heavily distorted and chuggingly melodramatic approach which brings to mind metal legends of old like Metallica. Rather than being a good old fashioned metal monster, though, it's actually rather rubbish - a tedious dirge featuring some bad singing, some even worse lyrics ("Yes I meant to hurt you and kick your insides into touch") and guitar bashing of the most neanderthal and uninventive variety.
