No, you aren't seeing things - this beyond-the-grave release from Nick Drake, who died almost 30 years ago, heralds a forthcoming Best Of collection, and is remarkably only the second single ever released in his name. To this day it's still a beautiful piece of music - Drake's stark vocals are quietly haunting (thanks in part to the reverb-rich Sixties production), and the gliding string arrangement has a gorgeously cinematic and dreamy effect.
