Lily Allen has gone from unknown daughter of Keith Allen to bona fide pop superstar in the space of one glorious year.

Her sunshine ska-inflected pop, wittily sassy lyrics and sweet melodic voice combined to ensure her debut album Alright, Still has become one of the best selling records of both 2006 and 2007.

Her live performances have continually improved, best seen in her triumphant set at Glastonbury this year, and points towards Lily's appearance at this year's V Festival being unmissable.
