Britain’s Got Talent Vote (starts 31st May 2010)

What time’s it on?

The Interactive service launches Monday 31st May.
The voting programmes will be every evening (time tbc) from Monday 31st May until Saturday 5th June.

What is the interactive service?

A voting service. You’ll be invited to vote for their favourite contestant by using the Arrow keys and pressing Select using their handset on the contestant’s picture.

When will voting be available?

You’ll informed when you are able to vote during the programme.

When & where will the enhanced service be available?

Via the red button on channel 103 and 115, 117 and 118 (ITV1-4. but not +1 or HD channels)

How do you access the enhanced service and navigate?

Press the red button on channel 103 during the show to access the vote menu.
The Vote will be made available as stated during the live shows.
The Vote will close as stated during the live shows.

What does the service look like?

How do you exit the enhanced service?

To exit the service, press the RED key or the BACK button on their remote control.
Using the Arrows/OK button select Yes/No to leave the service.

Does it cost to use the enhanced service?

Yes – 35p (tbc) to register a Vote.

Is any data collected from users of the enhanced service?

No
