Britain’s Got Talent: Interactive service (launches Friday 16th April)

What time’s the programme on?

The Interactive service launches on Friday 16th April.
The programme airs Saturdays from 17th April.

What is the interactive service?

There’s editorial sections and a competition.

When & where will the enhanced service be available?

You can get to it via the red button on ITV channels 1-4 ( not +1 or HD channels)

How do I access the enhanced service and navigate?

Press the red button on ITV channels and then select Britain’s Got Talent from the menu.

What does the service look like?

How do I exit the enhanced service?

To exit the service, press the RED key or the BACK button on their remote control. Using the Arrows/OK button select Yes/No to leave the service.

Does it cost to use the enhanced service?

Yes. £1 to enter the competition.

What is the Competition prize?

Prize information will be given during the show and can also be found by pressing the OK/SELECT button on the Competition section.

Is any data collected from users of the enhanced service?

Prize winners account details will be collected for prize fulfilment.

Please note – there will also be a quiz and vote to accompany Britain’s Got Talent, but these apps will launch during the run of the show. Comms docs for each of these apps will be provided prior to their launch.
