VOD - 'View From' functionality

We have added some improvements to Virgin TV On Demand. You can now select how far into a programme you want to start viewing.

Want to watch the last five minutes of your favourite show? Just enter the time - no need fast forward all the way there.

This great new service is available for Catch-up, TV Choice, PictureBox movies and free content in More on Demand, including Virgin Central.

When & where will the enhanced service be available?

The new service is available now.

How do you access the enhanced service and navigate?

Select the programme you want to watch. Your Selection window appears which has the new 'View From' option. From here you can enter a time to view from.

This does not apply to content less than 10 minutes.

What does the service look like?

Does it cost to use the enhanced service?

The service is free to all TV Customers.

Who should customers contact if they cannot access the service?

If you cannot access the service, you should contact Faults on 151.
