The Interactive service launches Saturday 23rd Jan at 7.18pm

What is the interactive service?

A red button FA Cup commentary and analysis show.

It’s accessible from the ITV Interactive Service Menu via the red button. For more idetails check out the before and after show information slate .The FA Cup option will be removed as soon as the show is over – at about 7.40pm.

If you’re strill in the interasctive services 60 minutes after the start of the show, you’ll automatically exit the application and go back to the channel.

When & where will the enhanced service be available?

Via the red button on channel 103 and 114, 116 and 117.

How do you access the enhanced service and navigate?

Press the ved button on channel 103/114/116/117 and then select FA Cup extra from the menu.

What does the service look like?

How do you exit the enhanced service?

To exit the service, press the BACK button on their remote control.

Does it cost to use the enhanced service?

No.

Is any data collected from users of the enhanced service?

No specific data is collected, but general stats on application usage is collected.
