As always, the best thing about winning the Mobile Choice award is that it's voted for by our customers, which makes that winning feeling all the more warm and fuzzy.

From the lowest tariff in the UK (at £8.50) to the absolutely inspired callback text service for customers who've run out of credit and really need to make a call. Virgin Media is one of the funkier mobile operators and it shows in its marketing campaigns and super nice staff. And when you consider that the call centre in Trowbridge also managed to fit in time to host Children in Need and Comic Relief as a donation point, you just have to applaud them!"
