Who can get this?
- Unfortunately not every phone line can support up to 16Mb Broadband speeds: we will check your maximum line speed and tell you whether you can benefit from higher speeds in Manage My Account.
- For some customers, you may not yet have been upgraded to our new network so watch out for emails from us regarding this.
- You need to already have an 8Mb Broadband service from Virgin Media in order to benefit from the free speed boost for 3 months.
