Winners must be free and able to travel to Ibiza at short notice once travellers/flight details are confirmed. The exact date of travel is still tbc.
Opening date for entries is June 1st 2009. Closing date for all entries is midnight 30th June 2009. Texts are charged at 5p for Virgin Mobile customers and standard text rate for other networks. Competition only open to over 18’s. One entry per person.
Draw will be made on 10th July 2009. Winners will be notified by phone on the day of the draw; if you miss the call and respond to a voicemail message you must call Virgin Mobile or its appointed agent back as detailed in the message within 24 hours, otherwise Virgin Mobile reserves the right to re-draw the relevant prize.
Prize is VIP entry for two at the Clubland Closing party to be held in Es Paradis on Ibiza Island, Spain in September 2009. The prize includes economy return flights to Ibiza and FIVE nights accommodation in a hotel for two. All expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her companion (including and without limitation UK transfers to the departure airport, transfers in Ibiza and any subsistence/money.). The winner and his/her companion are responsible for their own insurance, passport and visa arrangements.
The winner will be sent their tickets by special delivery following the draw. Only the prize listed in these terms and conditions will be offered. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative.
