Managing devices

Why would I want to connect a new device to Virgin Media?

You may want to swap your Cable Modem over to use it on a different computer (or other device), or need to replace your existing network card because of a hardware failure. For more information on how to do this, please click here.

Is there a limit to the number of devices I can connect?

No, there is no longer a limit to the number of devices that you can connect to Virgin Media.

Remember, however, you can still only have one device attached to your cable modem at a time.
