Cannot see new content
Some users have reported that they can see the web pages themselves, but not the images in them, when they are accessing some tools. This is due to your local firewall blocking these images, and is not a Virgin Media issue.
Because of the way the platform that is built, the new parts of Selfcare are hosted on our platform at Heathrow, and we cleverly work behind the scenes to make this as transparent as possible to you. This mechanism is also why you shouldn't bookmark your Selfcare pages, as you'll need to come back and login each time.
In short, you need to enable the cookies, referrers and user agent options for the site selfcare.blueyonder.co.uk.

Select Norton's advanced options Select web add site - selfcare.blueyonder.co.uk select privacy tab. flag/tick - use these rules for selfcare.blueyonder.co.uk permit - cookies, browser privacy referrer & browser (user agent) and select apply" Thank you Rob for this information.
