How can I use Selfcare to upgrade my Virgin Media service?

  1. Log into Selfcare
  2. Select Broadband Upgrade from the left hand menu and then follow the on screen instructions.

Can I use Selfcare to downgrade my service?

No. To downgrade your Virgin Media service you need to contact customer services by calling 150 from a Virgin Media phone line (0845 454 1111 from a non-Virgin Media line).
