Selfcare lets you effortlessly manage aspects of your Virgin Media service, without needing to contact Customer Services or Technical Support.

To log into selfcare, type http://selfcare.virginmedia.com into the address bar of your browser.
On the selfcare login page, enter your Virgin Media username and password as supplied in your welcome letter (unless you have already changed your password yourself), and click on the Go button.
