We have been informed that Talk Talk are experiencing problems with their systems which is affecting some customers wishing to port numbers to Virgin Media. It is unknown at present how many customers this is happening to.
This means that affected customers are seeing their Talk Talk telephone service disconnecting in error when an order is placed to bring their numbers to Virgin Media.
In the meantime we are working with Talk Talk to get this problem resolved, and will provide an update as soon as we can.
