When & where will the enhanced service be available?

You can get to it via the red button on ITV channels 1-4 (not +1 or HD channels)

How do I access the enhanced service and navigate?

Press the red button on ITV channels and then select The Whole 19 Yards from the menu.

What does the service look like?

How do I exit the enhanced service?

To exit the service,, press the RED key or the BACK button on your remote control. Using the Arrows/OK button select Yes/No to leave the service.

Does it cost to use the enhanced service?

Yes. £1 to enter each competition.

What is the Competition prize?

Prize information will be given during the show and can also be found by pressing the OK/SELECT button on the Competition section.

Is any data collected from users of the enhanced service?

Prize winners account details will be collected for prize fulfilment.
