What is the interactive service?
An Interactive Vote Service. Customers will be invited to vote for their favourite X Factor act.
What time does the programme air?
The main live show airs on Saturday evenings between 8pm – 10pm and the Live Results show airs Sunday evenings between 8-10pm (Times may vary according to ITV Schedules).
When & where will the enhanced service be available?
Via the red button on channel 103 and 114, 116 and 117 – at the times shown below How do you access the enhanced service and navigate?
The Vote will open during the Main Live Show on a Saturday evening. The vote will open once all the contestants have performed. An on-air message will be made during the show to advise viewers the vote has opened.
Press Red and then navigate to the X-Factor service, using left and right arrow keys.
After the Main Live Show has finished on a Saturday night, the vote will still be accessible via the red button on channels 103,114,116 and 117.
The Vote will remain open until the results show on the Sunday evening. The vote will close during this show. An announcement will be made in the show to advise viewers the vote will be closing soon and then another announcement will be made to confirm voting has closed and they should not attempt to vote.

To exit completely viewers should press the RED key on their remote control.
Does it cost to use the enhanced service?
Yes – 35p to register a Vote.
Is any data collected from users of the enhanced service?
No.
