PT: "Ha ha! That's brilliant. Mean, but brilliant. I think I'll have to go for someone like Holland. Sorry Holland."
VM: And which team to score the highest?
PT: "I'm going to plump for South Africa."
PT: "That would have to be...Mike Hussey or Ricky Ponting. Has to be an Aussie I think. Let's go for Ricky."
VM: And the top wicket taker for the tournament?
PT: "Shane Bond from New Zealand. He's on top form."
VM: Name the teams to play in the final.
PT: "Oh god! That means I have to work out if it's possible for teams to meet in the final. If West Indies v Australia is possible, I'll go for that (VM - it is possible!)"
VM: And finally, the most crucial bet of them all...
PT: "...yes..."
VM: Will there be a streaker in the tournament?
PT: "Ha ha! Good to see you're looking forward to a display of sporting excellence then. There will be a lot of rum being drunk though, so I think that's a pretty safe bet. Let's just hope it's not Freddy when we win!"
