Our exciting new app is coming in the new year, and it’ll let you stream selected shows to your compatible device wherever there’s WiFi, 3G or 4G in the UK. So, even if you’re out and about, you can stay entertained. We’ll let you know when it’s available to download.

Service and repairs are on us

We want you to be able to enjoy all of your Virgin Media services without having to worry if anything goes wrong. That’s why, if there are ever any hiccups with your Virgin Media kit, so long as you haven’t misused or mistreated it, we’ll sort them out and it won’t cost you a penny.

TV channels: Channel line-ups are subject to change from time to time and are subject to regional variations. TV packs currently exclude some teletext services. ITV HD is subject to regional variation. ITV HD is not available where STV HD or UTV HD is available. 

Box Sets: Content is variable and shows/series will be added and withdrawn monthly. Virgin TV Anywhere & app: Content available to stream depends on TV package, not all channels/content from relevant pack available. Access via PC, Mac or app (selected iOS devices and Android devices only). Live streaming and On Demand available in the UK with broadband or WiFi internet access only. Channel 100: Virgin TV content is variable and depends on your package.

HD: Selected HD channels only. Excludes HD channels from add-ons (such as Sky Premium’s HD channels). HD TV set, V HD Box or TiVo® box connected with HDMI cables required for HD channels.

Virgin Media WiFi: App requires iOS 8 or later or Android version 4.3 or later. Available to Virgin Fibre customers on max.7 registered devices. UK only. Experience varies by location and number of users. Terms and conditions apply.
