Good: Customers with a 'good' profile normally have some or all of the following:

• an excellent history of employment, residential status and banking
• never 'missed' or been late with credit account or mortgage payments
• no CCJ's or black marks against their name

• been late with some credit/mortgage payments
• a high level of debt and frequently applied for credit

• a poor history of employment, residential status and banking (often tenants)
• late or missed payments with several credit/mortgage accounts
